Leadership Team
David Cook
David came to ministry as a second career after spending many years working in Telecommunications Research and Development as an Engineer. David was first exposed to Christianity as an adolescent in Suburban Sydney, Australia, but the Gospel did not take root until many years later through a chance encounter on a hang gliding hill in Northern California. David is married to Patti, whom he met while they were both living and working in New York City. They have two young children and live in Wenham. David has an M.Div. and an M.A. (Counseling) from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. In addition to his ministry at North Point EPC, David is a counselor working in all areas of marriage and family therapy.
Kyle Lincoln
Kyle Lincoln was born and raised in Massachusetts. Originally from Cape Cod, he moved up to the North Shore for college and seminary. He met his wife, Elissa, in college and together they enjoy playing music, being outdoors, and playing tabletop board games. Kyle previously served as a youth pastor and was ordained as assistant pastor in 2021. He is dual licensed as a mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist, and, in addition to serving the church, Kyle bivocationally works in private practice and in a mental health crisis center. He has a passion for preaching and helping people learn more about God and the Bible.
Rob Kristoff
Rob Kristoff grew up in Western Pennsylvania, in a small town surrounded by creeks and cornfields. He moved to Massachusetts in 1994 to attend Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and he's been on the North Shore ever since—except for the two years he spent as a pastor in Eastern Vermont. When not at his desk working remotely, Rob can often be found on his bike in the woods or at the beach with his wife, Kathy, and daughter, Lucy.
